What do your different shipping methods mean?Updated 9 months ago
Bells of Steel has two physical stores/warehouses in Canada and 1 in the US.
All Canadian orders ship from our Canadian locations only within Canada.
Because e-commerce and retail stores are tricky to mesh together, we've had to get a little crafty with our shipping and pick-up arrangements.
We use a mix of UPS, Fedex, Canada Post, and freight companies to ship your order based on whatever is best for your order and location.
Shipping options
$199 Max Shipping
Our $199 Max Shipping cost policy is designed to help our fellow Canadians get the big, heavy equipment they need right to their door at the lowest shipping cost in the industry.
Select $199 Max Shipping at checkout to cap your shipping costs at $199*. If your shipping costs are less than $199, you will have the option to select the lesser amount.*Some restrictions apply to rural and remote locations and you will be contacted for a shipping adjustment if this is the case.
3 ships free
You get free shipping if you buy three or more products from the ! If you order other items with those 3 Ships Free products, you will be charged shipping only on those non-3 Ships Free products.
Shipping will be shown as UPS with a $0 shipping fee at checkout.
UPS - Standard
Most of our orders select this option for orders that don't need the max $199 as an option.
Pick Up
Here's where it gets a little tricky.
At the payment screen, you will have the option to "pick up in-store" if all the items in your cart are available at that store.
If that option isn't showing (because your cart contains products not in stock at that store) you can select "ship" instead where there will be the option to pick up again with shipping time set as 2-4 weeks. This is so we can arrange an inventory transfer.
