How do I return an item?Updated 6 months ago

If you need to return an item, please request a return through our Return Portal here: https://bellsofsteel.com/a/service?

Once your return has been approved, please print out your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and attach it to one of the packages used for your return, along with your return label.

  • For purchases made in-person at our Toronto/Calgary locations, items should be returned to the same location to process the return rather than shipping them back.
  • Your return must be sent within the two weeks of receiving the RMA, or the return shipping label will expire and the return will be closed.
  • All returns must be brought to your local carrier's location. If you're unable to do so and require a pick-up arrangement, a fee will be charged, and we’ll try to accommodate your schedule though carrier availability may vary.
  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. The refund will include the original shipping fee and the order cost but minus the return shipping fee and any applicable restocking/damaged product fees. Products not returned in their original packaging or missing parts may incur a 15% restocking fee. If products are used or damaged, they may be denied a refund.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for your return and refund to be processed. Refunds will be initiated to the original form of payment used, which may take 5-7 business days to appear on your card.
