I did not receive a discount at checkout
That is expected. This sale does not take money off at checkout. You are earning a reward code toward a future order instead. It will be sent on September 12 to the email address used at checkout.
It is September 12 and I have not received my code
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact our support team once with your order number and the email address used for the order. We will verify the order and help locate your code.
Can I apply the code to a previous purchase?
No. The reward code is for one future order. It cannot be applied to a previous purchase or to the order that earned it, and it cannot be used during this sale.
My order is on backorder - does it still count?
Yes. Qualifying spend is based on when the order is placed, not when it ships. You will still receive the reward code on September 12.
Can I use my code in a showroom?
Yes. The code can be used online or in a participating showroom. Please confirm current showroom hours before visiting. The same single-use and non-stacking terms apply.
