Do your rack attachments fit on the power racks of other brands?Updated 10 months ago
If you are buying a Bells of Steel rack attachment and have another brand’s power rack, please make sure the dimensions of your uprights match the measurements below:
- 2.3" attachments fit 2.3″ x 2.3″(60 x 60 mm) tubing with 5/8” holes
- Hydra attachments fit true 3″ x 3″ (76.2mm x 76.2mm) tubing with 5/8” holes
- Manticore attachments fit true 3″ x 3″ (76.2mm x 76.2mm) tubing with 1” holes
True 3x3 inch means that the hydra and manticore use imperial measurements for the steel, even though they are imported from China, while all (to my knowledge) other imported racks from China will say “3x3” inch, but they are actually 75mm x 75mm, as imported racks use metric steel.
This means our racks have cross-compatibility with most American made racks with the same tubing and hole size specs.
However; because our steel is slightly thicker (76.2x76.2mm) this means they typically fit on imported racks as well, but will not be a super snug fit.
One other important factor is hole spacing; some of our attachments, like the split squat roller, have an additional pin to lock them in place, so if your rack does not line up the hole pattern, then the locking pin will not work.

Our 2.3x2.3 racks are a much less common tubing size, meaning you will likely need to buy future attachments from us. On the bright side, we make A LOT of attachments.
